Reader Sideload Library has no telemetry, advertising identifier, or cloud catalogue. Your book files, metadata, collections, device paths, credentials, and highlights are not sent to us.

Data the app stores

The app stores your catalogue, collections, preferences, imported highlights, and optional license token locally on your computer. Source book files are read to validate metadata; they are never modified. WebDAV credentials are held only for the active transfer and are not saved by the app.

Transfers you request

USB copies go only to the folder you choose. If you opt into WebDAV, selected books and folder names go directly from your computer to the server address you provide. That server’s privacy terms apply.

License verification and purchase

Field edition purchases and license checks use the Sociobot billing API. A license token is sent for verification at most once per day. Sociobot/Dodo, the merchant of record, processes payment and the contact details required for receipts and refunds. This site does not receive card details.

Website

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. A service worker may cache public page files for faster repeat visits. The hosting provider may retain standard security logs such as IP address and request time.

Your control

Remove local data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it. Book copies and Markdown exports you created remain where you placed them. For privacy questions, email privacy@sociobot.in.
