Reader Sideload Library is for user-owned, DRM-free EPUB and PDF media. It does not remove DRM and must not be used to infringe copyright or bypass access controls.

License

The app’s source code is available under the MIT License. A Field edition purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable right to activate paid features on computers they own. The purchase is one-time for the current major version; no subscription is created.

Payments and refunds

Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles checkout, taxes, receipts, and refunds. A refunded or charged-back purchase revokes its license token automatically. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Your files and devices

You are responsible for having backups and permission to copy the media you select. The app uses staged, verified writes but no transfer utility can guarantee against device, cable, filesystem, or network failure. Review the destination and safely eject removable storage.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to distribute copyrighted media without permission, probe servers you do not control, or interfere with the billing and license systems. Credentials for WebDAV must belong to you or be provided with authorization.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is” under the MIT License, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
